IberiRating is a rating agency for pork products, mainly pallets and hams. Its main task is to evaluate and certify the quality according to a well defined standard such as the IberiRating scale.
The verification service and the arbitration service are intended for operations between third parties, where IberiRating has not previously intervened.
Verification service.
The buyer and the producer, in their habitual commercial relationship and previous agreement between both, can request the performance of IberiRating to verify the quality according to the quality rating agreed in a purchase and sale operation. This qualification service provides confidence and security to the parties and guarantees the good end of the sale.
Arbitration service.
IberiRating performs arbitration service when the quality of the product generates disputes between buyer and seller.
At times, the uniqueness and heterogeneity of the ham, can provoke controversies as to the quality between buyer and seller. In these situations, IberiRating acts by qualifying and arbitrating between the parties, issuing a resolution for the solution of the conflict.
